Code of Ordinances

Eden's Code of Ordinances are all laws passed by our local governing body - the Eden City Council. The laws themselves can be referred to by many names, including ordinance, code, or bylaw. These local laws carry the full force and effect of law in the City of Eden. 

Meetings

6 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month in the City's Council Chambers at City Hall, 308 East Stadium Drive.

Presenting issues

Time is set aside for citizens to speak during the regular Eden City Council meeting under Requests and Petition of Citizens. If you would like to present an issue to the City Council, you may do so at that time. There is a sign-up sheet outside the Council Chambers. Please keep your remarks to 3 minutes or less.
