Report Issues: SeeClickFix

This service request platform allows residents to report non-emergency issues around the city. Whether it be potholes, graffiti, street light repair, code violations, storm issues or illegal dumping, SeeClickFix offers residents a user-friendly experience when submitting requests to the city for services.

With the free SeeClickFix mobile app and web tools, Eden citizens will now be able to provide staff with photos, videos, specific descriptions and other valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. Users will receive email updates and can come back to the site to check the status of submitted issues. Separate issues should be submitted as separate SeeClickFix reports. In addition, SeeClickFix provides city officials with a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to solution while engaging citizens throughout the process.
