The Engineering Department assists with water and / or sewer service, certification of utility projects, collects location data on various infrastructure items, evaluates paved streets, prepares bid documents for street resurfacing, inspects drainage complaints, investigates street lighting issues, provides utility information to developers, governmental agencies, and utility companies, performs survey work for utility projects, prepares project plans, specifications, contract documents and much more.
